I wanted practical skills to use in my classroom and meditation group, and I left with exactly what I hoped for. I’ll always value the friendships I made during the workshop, especially with the approachable and genuine team. Successful activities have a clear purpose, are designed for peer-to-peer value, maintain low social risk, and produce a visible output. They should also link together for continuity, turning intentions into practice.
